• As a result of lab testing thousands of lawns in 2025 we learned over 95% of properties are acidic. We are adding Round 10, a Lime treatment to balance pH.

• The same soil tests indicated a near universal Potassium deficiency. To further demonstrate our commitment to providing the best science-backed program possible, we've made improvements to our existing program increasing Potassium inputs by 3X.

The year starts with a spring/summer pre-emergent weed control application using the most advanced and safest product available.

Our premium dual-coated controlled-release fertilizer, maximizes grass potential for 10 weeks while enhancing soil health. Unlike traditional fertilizers with 40% filler, it replaces filler with beneficial components like black gypsum, organic humates, calcium, sulfur, potassium, and two types of nitrogen. With slow-release nitrogen, zero burn risk, organic coatings, and added secondary nutrients, it’s the most effective granular fertilizer available.

This application is the first of three throughout the season utilizing our custom liquid organic bio-stimulant and micronutrient blend. This treatment combines carbon sources like kelp meal, fish meal, humic acids, and worm compost extracts with micronutrients such as magnesium, sulfur, copper, iron, manganese, and zinc. These organic sources of carbon and micronutrients feed the plants and stabilize nutrients keeping them in the soil longer and allowing for complete absorption. This is the second application of our dual-coated controlled-release fertilizer designed to push grass to its highest potential over approximately 10 weeks while simultaneously improving soil health. Unlike traditional fertilizers with 40% filler, our premium granular fertilizer replaces filler with beneficial components like black gypsum, organic humates, calcium, sulfur, potassium, and two types of nitrogen. With slow and predictable nitrogen release, zero burn potential, organic coatings, and additional secondary nutrients, it stands out as the most comprehensive and effective granular product on the market.

As summer ends, this advanced pre-emergent prevents fall and winter weed germination, similar to the February treatment for spring and summer weeds. A micronutrient pack is included to enhance late-season green and prepare the grass for dormancy.

Thus, preparing plants for the stressful winter months ahead.

We wrap up the year with an annual “maintenance rate” of palletized lime to keep soil in balance. Why? Because acidity naturally returns due to acid rain, nutrient leaching, and the chemical processes that occur when nitrogen breaks down. This round was established in 2025 after our partnership with Auburn University and the University of Florida, where we invested over $32,000 in lab-verified soil testing. The results were clear: more than 95% of lawns in Central Arkansas are acidic.
