Fire Ant Control

If you’ve lived in Central Arkansas, you’ve likely experienced the pain of a fire ant sting—painful, itchy, and long-lasting. Accidentally stepping into a mound can quickly escalate, posing a serious risk to you, your children, or your pets.

After over 12 years in lawn care, we understand the dangers of these aggressive pests firsthand.

This SINGLE treatment will prevent new mounds from establishing for a FULL YEAR, GUARANTEED. While not organic, we carefully select products, prioritizing safety and results.

Bonus: This treatment buys to 2 months of flea and tick control.

  • Mounds present during other property visits, such as lawn and ornamental, will be treated with a bate product at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

  • If you have the occasional mounds but the issue isn’t severe enough to warrant widespread us of insecticides, “spot mound treatments” are a great option.

If you opt in to this version of Fire Ant Control, mounds will be treated with our bate product when noticed during other visits such as lawn and ornamental treatments.

  • Fire ants are easily recognized by their reddish-brown color and their mounds, which can reach 18-24 inches in height in ideal soil conditions. They prefer sunny areas like lawns, parks, and fields but can nest in rotting logs, around stumps, or under buildings. The ants are 1/8 to 1/4 inch long, but identifying them by their painful sting is not advised!

  • If any active colonies are spotted after six weeks of the initial application, we will come back out to treat them with a more targeted product for FREE. NOT QUESTIONS ASKED.

  • Our product is not organic because organic and more natural options are only "contact kill" and DO NOT reach the queen, who may be up to 6 feet underground. While natural products are available for homeowners, they aren't effective enough for commercial use and we wouldn't put our names on a treatment that was likely to put you, your kids, or pets in danger.

Our product uses the same active ingredient as Frontline Plus but at a lower rate than what's applied directly to pets. It's safe for pets and only needs to be applied to the lawn once a year.
