Our Spring Startup Service is the perfect way to kick off the season and avoid costly surprises later. Having our irrigation team install the RPZ/Backflow and do a complete system check every year ensures your lawn and landscape are set up for a lush, healthy season.

When cold weather comes, our Winterization Service protects your RPZ and expensive irrigation system. Avoid costly repairs by having our team professionally remove the RPZ/Backflow and protect your system.

1. Install your RPZ/Backflow Preventer with high-quality sealant, pressure test, flush, and monitor for leaks.
2. Safely turn on the water at the meter to protect your system from pressure spikes.
3. Inspect all zones for leaks or malfunctions and provide repair estimates before our schedule fills up.
4. Adjust spray patterns and nozzles for efficient watering (labor included; parts billed separately).
5. Check and update your controller, ensuring proper functionality and programming for the season ahead.
1. Turn off the water at the meter.
2. Set the irrigation controller to OFF to prevent valve activation without pressure.
3. Carefully remove the RPZ/Backflow Preventer, protect its threads with foam, and store it safely on-site, typically in the garage.
4. Siphon and remove remaining water from the RPZ risers to prevent freeze damage.
5. Seal the drained risers to keep debris out while the RPZ is stored.
Our irrigation services are exclusively available to our treatment clients, ensuring top-tier service and unmatched attention to detail. This exclusivity allows us to maintain a small, elite team of experts while minimizing wait times and delivering the highest level of care to our valued clients.
- Start-ups start at only $125.
  - Most systems (8 zones or less) are completed within the allotted hour. For larger or more spread-out systems, additional time is billed precisely at $125/hour to the minute—no rounding, no surprises!
- Winterizations are $85
During Start-ups, pattern adjustments are included at no extra charge. Simple repairs, like nozzle replacements, will be done on-site (parts billed separately). Complex repairs requiring diagnostics, significant digging, or costly parts will NOT be performed during the Spring Startup or Winterizations. Instead, an estimate will be provided, and repairs will be completed upon approval.
