Initial Evaluation: We assess your property to estimate the number of zones, sprinkler heads, and overall project complexity.
Preliminary Estimate: A rough, unofficial estimate is provided based on the initial evaluation.
Detailed Assessment: If the preliminary estimate is acceptable, our irrigation division leader conducts a thorough evaluation, which may include an onsite visit, and provides an official estimate.
Approval & Scheduling: Once the official estimate is approved and a 50% deposit is paid, the project is added to the schedule.
Utility Marking: Prior to installation, we call 811 to ensure all utilities are marked for safety.
Design & Preparation: The irrigation team plans the system layout, marking pipe and head locations with flags and turf-safe paint.
Installation: Our expert team installs the system, ensuring precision and care throughout the process.
This streamlined process ensures a professional and hassle-free experience from start to finish.

The estimate DOES NOT INCLUDE repairs to unmarked pipes, wires, or drains; any associated costs will be added to the final invoice.
Crossing sidewalks, driveways, patios, or decks will increase costs and be itemized separately.
Resodding and replanting are not included in irrigation installation estimates. We do our best to minimize damage to turf, ornamentals, and landscaping, but installation involves digging. Repairs may be required to quickly return the lawn or landscape to its previous condition. While we provide post-installation resodding & light landscape services, most turf damage resolves naturally within one growing season.
For significant disruption, hiring a landscaper post-installation is often more cost-effective. Landscapers typically have lower labor costs compared to our highly specialized irrigation team.
